Job details Locations: 665 Front Street, New Westminster, BC, V3M 1A2 & 756 Columbia Street, New Westminster, BC, V3M 1B4 Work location: On site Salary: 36.60 hourly / 40 hours per week Terms of employment: Term or contract, Full time Starts as soon as possible Vacancies: 1 vacancy Languages: English Education: Bachelor's degree Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely. Responsibilities • Implement new administrative procedures • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures • Delegate work to office support staff • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met • Carry out administrative activities of establishment • Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence • Perform data entry • Train staff • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures • Resolve conflict situations • Process claims such as health insurance or workers compensation • Office management • Coordinate patient care • Schedule staff Computer and technology knowledge • MS Office • Google Drive Area of work experience • Health administration Who can apply for this job?
