Kulinarya Filipino Eatery is looking for a Restaurant Assistant Manager with some duties as a Kitchen Manager Job details Location: 1134 Commercial Dr, Vancouver, BC, V5L 3X2 Workplace information: On site Salary: 36.60 hourly / 35 to 40 hours per week Terms of employment: Term or contract, Full time Starts as soon as possible Vacancies: 2 vacancies Overview Languages: English Education: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Business administration, management and operations, other • Hospitality administration/management, other Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely. Asset languages: Filipino Responsibilities • Evaluate daily operations • Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget • Monitor revenues to determine labour cost • Monitor staff performance • Plan and organize daily operations • Recruit staff • Set staff work schedules • Supervise staff • Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms • Conduct performance reviews • Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations • Organize and maintain inventory • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed • Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities • Participate in marketing plans and implementation • Leading/instructing individuals • Address customers' complaints or concerns • Provide customer service • Manage events • Supervise activities of specialist chefs, chefs, cooks and other kitchen workers • Instruct cooks in preparation, cooking, garnishing and presentation of food • Cook • Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food Who can apply for this job?
