Columbia Integrated Health Centre is looking for a dependable Rehabilitation Aide! Job details Location: 756 Columbia Street, New Westminster, BC, V3M 1B4 Work location: On site Salary: 36.60 hourly / 40 hours per week Terms of employment: Term or contractFull time Schedule: To be determined Starts as soon as possible Vacancies: 1 vacancy Overview Languages: English Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely. Work setting • Medical clinic • Clinic Responsibilities • Assist health care professionals • Help physical therapists • Set up and dismantle equipment • Clean and maintain equipment • Assist chiropractor with patient health education • Maintain supplies • Maintain inventory of equipment • Perform general clerical duties • Process files and paperwork • Schedule and confirm appointments • Manage routine office functions including reception, telephone and booking appointments • Maintain filing system • Prepare draft agendas for meetings and take, transcribe and distribute minutes • Initiate and maintain confidential medical files and records • Determine and establish office procedures and routines • Interview patients to obtain case histories Work conditions and physical capabilities • Fast-paced environment • Work under pressure • Attention to detail Personal suitability • Accurate • Client focus • Efficient interpersonal skills • Excellent oral communication • Excellent written communication • Flexibility • Initiative • Judgement • Organized • Reliability • Team player Who can apply for this job?
