Subway Restaurant is looking for a dedicated Food Services Manager! Job details Location: 744 Goldstream Ave., Langford, BC, V9B 2X3 Work location: On site Salary: 24.04 hourly / 40 hours per week Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time Evening, Flexible hours, To be determined, Day, Weekend Starts as soon as possible Vacancies: 1 vacancy Overview Languages: English Education: College/CEGEP Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely. Work setting: Urban area Responsibilities • Evaluate daily operations • Monitor revenues to determine labour cost • Monitor staff performance • Plan and organize daily operations • Recruit staff • Set staff work schedules • Supervise staff • Train staff • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms • Conduct performance reviews • Organize and maintain inventory • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies • Leading/instructing individuals • Address customers' complaints or concerns • Provide customer service • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations Credentials • Food Safety Certificate Work conditions and physical capabilities • Fast-paced environment • Work under pressure • Attention to detail Personal suitability • Client focus • Dependability • Efficient interpersonal skills • Organized • Team player Who can apply for this job?
